How does seating work?

Feinstein's at Hotel Carmichael is one of Indiana’s most intimate venues with full stage views from all tables. Depending on the show, tickets are sold as general admission, section seating, or single seats.

Feinstein's typical seating is based on a traditional cabaret experience. This means a patron buys a seat at a table, not the full table unless they've purchased every seat. If you have questions of your seating arrangement you can contact our box office at info@feinsteinshc.com. Please note due to the intimacy of the venue, we have limited opportunities to seat large parties together, but try our best to accommodate all requests.

Where can I park?
Hotel Carmichael provides valet services for your vehicle for $10 with validation. Spaces are limited and on a first come first serve basis. Monon level and Plaza level parking is available adjacent to The Palladium and throughout Carmel City Center. Free garage parking can be found in the Veterans Way Garage (Plaza Level) and Feinstein’s can be accessed via the hotel lobby or the Monon Level doors adjacent to the Palladium just off of the Monon Trail.
How much do tickets cost?
Purchase early to guarantee your desired seat section. Ticket prices are subject to change without notice and can vary based on show and seating section.
What happens if I arrive late?
Late arrivals will be seated during the applause. Due to some shows being interactive and utilizing additional space throughout the venue, all seating must be completed by 20 minutes after.
Is dinner available at Feinstein's?
Doors open 2 hours prior to the start of the performance and dinner service is served until the start of the show. Once dinner service concludes, appetizers and desserts are available along with our beverage menu. Due to performances beginning at 7:30 pm, we need to keep aisles clear as much as possible to allow our artists performance space.  If you do not have a ticket to the evening performance, guests are not able to dine in the establishment due to reservations for the tables.
Is there a food and beverage minimum?
Yes, there is a $25 per person food and beverage minimum on all performances. If the minimum is not met, your bill will automatically be charged up to meet the set minimum.
Is there a dress code?
Our patrons are invited to express their personal style when attending performances at Feinstein’s at Hotel Carmichael.
How long are the shows?
Performances typically last 75-90 minutes, although the content and length of each show is designed by the presenting artist.
Are meet and greets available with the artists?
Most artists offer “Meet & Greet” opportunities following their performance, although it is never guaranteed.
A Warning: Third Party Ticket Resellers

Feinstein’s does not issue physical tickets- please see our Feinstein’s host stand to be seated to your purchased seat.

Patrons are discouraged from purchasing tickets from unauthorized resellers. At this time Feinstein’s at Hotel Carmichael sells tickets through its website, hosted by Eventbrite.

Tickets purchased through any other outlet will not be honored at the door.

Are there refunds offered?
There are no refunds, cancellations, or exchanges once tickets have been purchased. If you are unable to make a performance, you may call the Feinstein’s office at 317-688-1947 to place them under another name or to let us know you are unable to make the performance. All notices are greatly appreciated.
What happens if a show is sold out?
Due to the intimate size of the venue, seating opportunities for sold out performances are rare. Patrons are invited to come to the Feinstein’s host-stand where a wait-list will be started 90-minutes prior to curtain time. Patrons must be present to add themselves to the list. Only two tickets per patron may be requested.
